Monday Montage

How about a bunch of photos rather than my usually wordy update?
Went to Clermont for this:

Got to sit by the river

and watch border collies herding ducks.

Of course, I had to buy more roving to practice spinning (when my hands let me).

And for your moment of 'awwwwww', I give you TC:

Wishing you a peaceful, easy Monday!

Thank you for sharing, it is wonderful to have a peek in to things I would never see.

Nothing more stimulating than Border Collies herding. My son's twin collies play a mean soccer game.

How sweet your new baby is.

@Linda...we went to the big sheep & wool festival in Rhinebeck, NY in 2009 on a whim. I didn't knit, hadn't crocheted in decades. Aliens took over my body and I've been hooked ever since. Not saying I'm GOOD at any of it, but I can't get enough!
@Clee--not OUR new kitten. We have 2 dogs, 4 cats, and are about to have half a dozen or so chickens; the inn is FULL! This cutie is one of 5 that my partner is fostering for the local shelter (where she works). As soon as they're eating on their own, she'll bring them back to be adopted.

Awww...what an adorable face Ash!

Sounds like an awesome weekend. Aren't border collies so cool?

I hope your tendonitis is doing much better. Sounds like your diet is doing very well. Are you allergic to something that you keep up the hive thing? Is is stress? Just curious and you can tell me to bugger off, lol. Those are issues that can drive us buggy you know, until you dig and dig trying to unearth the problem so you can meet it head on. Well, I wish you much luck with finding the cause.
Happy Tuesday Blessings to You!

@Akasa...a biopsy showed they aren't an allergic reaction. That leaves, oh, a gazillion things it could be, from gluten sensitivity to lupus to fibromyalgia to a fluke that may one day go away on its own. So, before next seeing my regular doctor, I'm using Chinese herbs and at the urging of the TCM practitioner, going gluten, sugar & processed-food free. I'll admit to feeling better overall without the sugar & gluten, but to be really honest, would prefer it NOT be diet related!

Damn! I had plans to go, but needed to tend to my cat at the vet's. Oh well, I'm glad you had a great day!
